Alleo Wikiblog
Alleo Blog · Overview & How to Use

Create your blog with a simple 3-step form,
then write posts with AI interviews

From opening your blog to generating Google EEAT-aligned AI drafts and auto-publishing to four SNS channels, every content operation step is handled in one Alleo console.

Introduction

Full operating flow

Alleo Blog handles blog setup, AI post writing, SNS multi-channel publishing, and even the most tedious part, automatic SEO optimization, all in a single console.

Detailed step-by-step operating process

STEP 01

Blog setup

Set up core information such as your brand name, domain, and cover image.

STEP 02

AI interview writing

Answer guided questions and AI generates both a draft and search visibility information.

STEP 03

Review and publish

Check wording and images in the markdown editor, then publish.

STEP 04

SNS multi-publishing

Automatically publish in each channel's tone and style (X, Threads, Facebook, Instagram).

STEP 05

Automatic search optimization

At save time, complex SEO specs and search optimization values operators often miss (slug, metadata, JSON-LD, image URLs, and more) are generated and processed automatically in the backend.

01 · Create blog

Blog setup

Before writing posts, set your blog address, brand info, design, and external links. These settings become defaults for all later posts and SNS sharing data.

Example of the blog settings form screen
1

Set your blog address and visibility format

Choose the primary address visitors will access. Start with an alleo.blog subdomain, then expand to a custom domain once your operations are ready.

ExampleSubdomain: brand.alleo.blogCustom domain: blog.brand.comCheck your primary blog URL
Applied after saving: Once saved, this address becomes the base URL for your blog homepage and post URLs.
2

Enter basic brand information

Enter your blog name, intro text, company name, and cover image. This information is used as defaults for your blog home, footer, search previews, and SNS share cards.

ExampleBlog name: Alleo InsightsIntro: Practical know-how for AI search optimization and content operationsOG image, favicon
Applied after saving: Your brand appears consistently when users share posts or see your blog in search results.
3

Choose design and post list style

Select how posts are displayed on your blog home. A list layout is easier to read with fewer posts, while an image-heavy brand often benefits from a grid layout.

ExampleList layout: title and summary focusedGrid layout: thumbnail focusedTheme color preview
Applied after saving: The chosen layout and theme apply to the blog home, category lists, and post cards.
4

Add contact details and SNS links

Enter your active SNS channels, email, and website information. These links help visitors trust your brand and move to other channels.

ExampleInstagramYouTube, LinkedInContact email, website
Applied after saving: Links to your external channels are shown in the footer and blog profile areas.

02 · Write post

AI post writing

In the Alleo console, you can freely choose a writing route based on whether you already have a draft. If this is your first time, we recommend using AI Interview to get a complete draft and then refine it in the editor.

ROUTE A. Write from your own draft

Use this sequence when you already have prepared text or a clear layout in mind.

Process Steps

Sequential board input guide

1

Set basic information

Set the post title, URL slug, summary, category, tags, and thumbnail. These values become the basis for list cards, search results, and SNS share previews.

2

Write markdown body

Use the editor to freely compose headings, subheadings, lists, quotes, images, tables, and links. Formatting remains clean and consistent.

3

Optimize search visibility (SEO) data

Organize SEO title, meta description, tags, and structured data so both search engines and AI search can understand your post. If unsure, start with recommended values.

4

Upload images and thumbnail

Upload or manage body images directly. The selected thumbnail is reused for post lists and SNS publishing cards.

ROUTE B. Auto-build with AI Interview

Generate high-quality posts with a builder designed around Google EEAT search optimization standards.

Phase 01

4-step EEAT-based Q&A enrichment

1
What are you introducing?

Tell us the target of this post among product, service, feature, or case study. Example: new product launch, clinic service guide, academy curriculum, brand comparison.

2
What are customers curious about?

Write what searchers really ask, such as frequent questions, purchase hesitation points, pricing, duration, outcomes, or preparation items.

3
Do you have supporting evidence?

Add credibility-building evidence such as firsthand cases, customer reviews, before/after comparisons, metrics, operating period, qualifications, or certifications.

4
Who should read this?

Define the core reader and the expected action after reading. Example: request consultation, make a reservation, ask for a quote, visit a store, read another post.

Phase 02

Assets generated immediately after interview completion

1

Search-optimized title candidates

Generate title options that reflect both search keywords and reader intent. You can choose and apply the one you prefer.

2

Structured body draft

Based on interview answers, generate a markdown draft that fully includes introduction, body, summary, and CTA. You only need to review factual accuracy.

3

Auto-extracted tags and meta description

AI automatically matches summary text, tags, and meta descriptions from the body, which are essential for list views and search engine exposure.

4

AI thumbnail concept generation

Build high-quality thumbnail prompts aligned with your topic, generate images, and immediately assign one as the representative visual.

03 · Connect SNS channels

Connect SNS channels

To activate multi-publishing, approve API access for target channels first. This uses secure official OAuth login, and cross-publishing permissions are granted only to activated channels.

Example of the SNS integration screen
Facebook logo

Facebook

Publish posts and images centered on brand pages.

Requirements: Facebook Business account login, page admin authority, and publishing permission approval required
Connection effect: Once a connected page is mapped, it appears in the integrated SNS dashboard and multi-publishing screen.
Instagram logo

Instagram

Publish visual feed content focused on images.

Requirements: Instagram Business/Creator professional account and completed linkage with the target Facebook page
Connection effect: Because image media is required on this channel, pre-publish media spec and thumbnail validation steps are enabled.
X (Twitter) logo

X (Twitter)

Distribute real-time short-form posts combining concise copy and outbound links.

Requirements: Login to personal or official X account and approve third-party app write permissions
Connection effect: AI provides optimized copy scripts compressed for platform constraints including the 280-character format.
Threads logo

Threads

Spread stories with a text-first conversational tone and style.

Requirements: Instagram professional account approved for Threads profile linkage
Connection effect: Generate Threads-optimized copy distilled to around 500 characters from core blog messages.
Standard channel integration method

When you trigger a platform button in the dashboard panel, a secure OAuth popup window opens.

  1. Log in to the official account used for integration from the activation popup.
  2. Approve the publishing guideline permission scope requested by Alleo.
  3. After redirecting to the console, map the target brand page and save.
Connection failures and error exception handling (Troubleshooting)
  • [No response from authentication popup] First verify that popup and redirect blocking is disabled in your web browser (e.g., Chrome).
  • [Meta (IG/FB) integration error] Instagram must be switched from a personal profile to a professional (business) account and bound to a Meta page.
  • [Permission mismatch malfunction] If auth tokens are lost or permissions are insufficient during publishing, disconnect, clear cache, and run a full re-authentication.
04 · SNS publishing

SNS multi-channel publishing

Without copy-pasting the written blog post, complete simultaneous multi-channel distribution in one click using AI copy transformation tuned to each SNS channel's format and tone.

Example of the SNS multi-channel publishing screen
Step 01

Select the blog post to publish

Choose the post to send to SNS from your post list. You can prepare SNS copy in advance not only for already published posts but also for scheduled posts.

  • Verify post title
  • Verify featured image
  • Validate public URL status
Step 02

Choose target channels

Enable the channels you want to use for this campaign among connected SNS accounts. For unconnected channels, connect the account first on the integration page.

  • Connection status
  • Image requirement check
  • Simultaneous/scheduled branch
Step 03

Generate AI-tailored copy

Automatically generate channel-specific copy, hashtags, and links from the original blog content. Instead of copying long text as-is, AI creates optimized summaries for each platform.

  • IG image-focused
  • X short-form key sentence
  • Threads conversational tone
Step 04

Final publish after per-channel review

Based on AI suggestions, verify brand tone, restricted terms, and outbound links, then send a bulk upload request.

  • Fix typos
  • Check link redirects
  • Avoid excessive tags
05 · Post management

Post list console

Track the status of all authored ownership content at a glance and continue follow-up distribution workflows without interruption. It helps you identify thumbnails, distribution timestamps, and performance metrics in real time without opening each post one by one.
